How Verified Student Reviews Work
Every review on Pole Studio Directory is first-party, moderated, and labeled — 'Verified Student Review' means we confirmed the reviewer actually attended.
All reviews are written by real users directly on Pole Studio Directory — we never scrape reviews from Google, Yelp, or social media.
How it works: a student submits a review with ratings for beginner-friendliness, instruction, safety, and community. Our moderation team approves reviews that meet community guidelines. Reviews with proof of attendance (a booking confirmation or class receipt) earn the Verified Student Review badge.
Studio owners can respond to reviews but cannot edit, remove, or pay to change them. Paid placement never affects review scores or verification.
